Serial #32123, 4 speed, no engine cowling, told it was a kohler, has a battery tray but told it could also be pull started, round hood, told it was an early 60'S model, transmission is frozen, has compression, good back tires, needs two new front tires, has been stripped down and primed years ago, any idea what model and year? Paid $60
